Wow! I still can't get used to saying I'm a sophomore. Sometimes, I still feel like a freshmen.
I started school two weeks ago, and already had a load of test and quizzes. I'm taking my time adjusting to my workload and classes, but it usually takes about a month for me to get a feel for a class. With the number of APs I'm taking, I would think I'd be bogged down with more homework, but that's probably because I'm barely half a month into the school year, and most clubs and the my sport haven't even started for me yet. However, Key Club has started from the very first day. Last year, I signed up to be a board member of Key Club, and now, I'm chair of the Community sector. I've had to contact a number of different organizations, and scheduling out times and dates for Key Club members to volunteer really tests my organizational skills. As for other clubs, I'll probably be joining Science Olympiad and Study Buddies. And during the winter season, I really hope to be trying out for the swim team, so I have a lot on my plate to look forward to. I'm continuing to volunteer at the hospital and library, and in the free time that I have, I garden, read, and blog!
